Every year, hundreds of people join the Pacific Park team to spend their days having fun and staying safe with the thousands of guests that arrive. Located on the Santa Monica Pier, the Park is a unique entertainment destination filled with rides, games, food & beverages and retail—plus the opportunity to work at the beach!

Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier is now hiring! Wondering how to get a job at Pacific Park? If you’re considering one of the Santa Monica Pier jobs, you’ll need to complete an application on Paycom Online.

You can fill out the application either from your home computer or in-person at the administrative offices, located at 380 Santa Monica Pier. The office is behind the Long Range basketball game, next to Whac-a-mole Tacos.

Requirements for Working on the Santa Monica Pier

Before applying for one of our Santa Monica Pier jobs, check to make sure you can meet the general guidelines. While different jobs have different needs, many of them are the same. To perform one of our jobs in Santa Monica, you must be:

• At least 16 years old
• Able to work during weekends, holidays, and evenings from Memorial Day to Labor Day
• Able to stand for long periods
• Punctual with a positive attitude
• A team player who is enthusiastic and self-motivated

Since you’re a big part of the experience for guests at Pacific Park, it’s also important that you have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.

Ready to apply for a job at the beach? To apply for a job at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier, visit www.pacpark.com/jobs and click on the blue “Apply Now” button. This will take you to Paycom, Pacific Park’s job application hub. All of the jobs currently available will be listed here.

Next, select the job (or jobs) you are interested in and click “Apply Now”. If you have already used Paycom, you can login to your account now. If this is your first time using Paycom, please create an account.

There is a total of 7 steps in the application process, but don’t let this discourage you! We just need basic information such as your name, address, and background. A resume isn’t necessary as we understand this may be your first job, but it’s always helpful to include in your application if you do have one. The 7 step process should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Once you review and digitally sign your application, it is sent off to Pacific Park’s hiring team.

A hiring manager will review your application and schedule a time for an interview if it seems like you’ll be a good fit.
